Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Dwalwa Mae House of Dresses does not provide return shipping labels.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Any item marked "Final Sale"

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Once an order has shipped, Dwalwa Mae House of Dresses is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
