Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Times

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Dwalwa Mae House of Dresses is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if your order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
